Search for a program called "Basilisk II"



It will emulate an older Mac on your new Mac, onto which you can Install Mac OS 7.1 - Mac OS 8.1.



It's kind of like Virtual PC, only for Mac OS 7.

I'm not sure. I deal with Mac OS 7.6.1, which is not downloadable for free. You usually only find Mac OS 7.6.1 on CD. However, I'm sure there's lots of information if you Google it.
