I have a Duo 230 which I have used for all kinds of household databases in Excel. The trackball started to act up, and after a few attempts to open it up, I've let it set for about six months. I finally used a rubber gripper made for old folks to open up bottles to turn the trackball cover and open it up. A little bit of lint was all that had disabled this machine. I was thrilled it only needed cleaning. I was thinking the worse. I wish I could buy a new battery for it. It runs 7.1
