Does anyone have experience with the PB100 and OS6.0.8L?

I won one on eBay and I was thinking about running 6.0.8L for the speed. I would use Claris Works 2.0.

System 6.0.8 was a special version for the Classic, Classic II, LC and the PowerBook 100.
So I'd suggest: you give it a try! Wink

Download:
Disk 1:

Disk 2:

Enjoy!

Thanks for the info. Does it require any special drivers or are they included in the two floppies?

I installed OS 6.0.8 on a Mac Classic once and it worked fine without any aditional updates.
Anyway, I never saw a classic Mac that was not fully supported by the proper system version.

The PB100 currently has OS 7.0.1 which works fine, but I have a herd of OS 7 computers and wanted to try OS6. I'll see how it goes.
